What you DO and DON’T Eat Before Sex!

Let’s talk about sex. But wait! I don’t want to talk about sexual positions or dirty talk, that’s little mundane. It seems like we talk about those things more often than now, and by now, you probably know most positions. Bet you’ve probably heard all that bedroom smack talk too! What I wish to focus on are aphrodisiacs.

Okay, I know we’ve talked about that too, but I want to talk about less specific forms of aphrodisiacs. Almost everyone knows about oysters. This myth originated from Rome, when sexually deviant women were found feasting upon this ocean delight.

THESE Are The Characteristics Of True Love

Oysters are high in zinc and omega-3 fatty acids, this ensures a high sperm count and improved nervous system function. Yes, it does work, but there are many other things which work just as well, if not better.

Do

Soy

This was the first one that I found interesting. I also located information about soy on several different sites. Soy, it seems, works wonders as an aphrodisiac for women. Just as estrogen promotes good sexual health and lubrication, isoflavones mimic these powers.

Don’t

But beware, the effect of soy on men’s sexual health can prove opposite. If you are a man, don’t overdo the soy intake! As soy improves women’s libido, it can inhibit the male libido, causing erectile dysfunction. Just so you know.

Do

Ginseng

Here’s one for the guys. If you want to boost male enhancement, then ginseng is a good choice. IT has minimal side-effects, and boosts athletic performance, which is also an added bonus for sexual escapades. I mean, who doesn’t enjoy endurance in the bedroom!

There Are 3 Ways Women Invite A Controlling Relationship

Don’t

Garlic

Yes, garlic is good for you, but it isn’t good for your scent. As you can imagine, ingesting too much garlic can create an unpleasant vaginal odor. That can be a deterant for the other partner during the sexual experience.

Do

Chili peppers

I know you’ve probably heard about chili peppers serving to improve metabolism, and this is true. Chili peppers contain capsaicin, which increases the body temperature. As you know, during sex, the temperature increases right before climax, and capsaicin further ignites passion speeding up sexual satisfaction.

Don’t

Caffeine

This highly addictive substance is good for some things, but it’s detrimental for sexual health. Caffieine dehydrates the body, as opposed to water which hydrates. You know what happens during sexy when dehydrated, I assume. Yeah, better stock up on lubcricants if you are a caffeine feind.

Do

Bananas

Okay, go ahead and laugh about this one. I know a banana looks like a…. well, you get the picture, but it really helps improve sexual function! For one, it increases energy due to its sugar content and vitamin B. It also increases testosterone levels. Bet you didn’t know that.

WHY You MUST NOT Have Repressed Feelings!

Bromelain is the enzyme responsible for improving the quality of sex for men. So, before you laugh, think again. You might want to include a banana or two during breakfast to get your day started right.

Do

Olive Oil

There are so many benefits of olive oil. Not only is it high in antioxidants, it also has the ability to improve your sex life as well. This oil is a great source of polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats, which aid in hormone production.

Hormones are the natural basis for mood and mood controls every aspect of the sexual experience whether you like it or not. As we know, bad moods, cause libido issues. Olive oil also increases blood flow and promotes a healthy heart. It’s just an all-around great sex food!

Let’s try them!

So, there you have it! I wanted to talk about more than the fun and taboo aspects of sex because, let’s face it, to have a good time, you got to be able to perform. There are many other foods, herbs and supplements which serve as wonderful aphrodisiacs, but for now, these will do.

I’m not promising the best time of your life, but it never hurts to try. Remember, stay away from those no nos!

Keep us posted! 😉
