Your morning routine is undoubtedly the most important part of the day. It can set up you for a full day of productivity and happiness, or it can cause you to walk around like a zombie battling laziness and the constant anxious thoughts of the million things you need to do.
But don’t worry. Simply adopting some positive mantras and the right mindset, you can wake up feeling positive, happy and ready to tackle the day ahead.

Every morning is a new beginning. Instead of thinking about the past, you can liberate your mind by focusing on the present moment and looking forward to what’s ahead.
I’m strong and have incredible potential that’s just waiting to be unlocked.
Recognize that you’ve been through a lot before, and you will get through whatever today has in stall for you. You know have unlimited potential and every day is a chance to show off your kindness, compassion and power!
I’m grateful for the people around me.
Acknowledge the loved ones in your life and be thankful that they’re still there. Love is the strongest force in the universe and theirs will carry you throughout the day.
I’m accepting and ready to embrace any new experiences.
It challenges our comfort zone to embrace new things. It’s hard, I know. But if you start open to all experiences, you’ll be surprised at the amazing possibilities that can happen throughout the day.
Keeping moving forward, no matter how slow.
Sometimes we get so wrapped up in perfection that we start to procrastinate. Instead, make sure that you’re moving forward towards your end goal. If you are, then perfection doesn’t matter.
I love myself.
Don’t kid yourself that you’re not important. By existing as a beautiful, complex human being, you have something to offer this universe. We all do, or else we wouldn’t be here.
Don’t forget your “meaningful time”.
Don’t let yourself be overrun with chores and tasks. Let yourself how some meaning in your life, whether that’s spending time with loved ones or simply enjoy your favorite netflix show. By having something to look forward to, you’ll be more focused throughout the day.
I choose to be optimistic.
It’s easy to focus on the negatives in life. Our brains are naturally wired to do. But that doesn’t mean we don’t have a choice. Try to be more optimistic and positive and overtime you’ll be happier and less worried.
If I need help, I won’t hesitate to ask.
You can’t do everything on your own and sometimes you need a helping hand. Remember, asking isn’t a sign of weakness, it’s a sign of strength.

If everything feels like it’s falling apart, put on your favorite song and drink your favorite coffee. You know you can do this.
