These 10 Signs Show That It Is Not Your Body But Your Soul That Is Tired

Life can be stressful and sometimes, a long period of stress can affect our body in ways that we cannot understand. We might feel exhausted all the time and nothing will seem worth it. It might be due to the immense stress you feel your soul is tired. It will take time to heal, but you have to identify why something is happening to you. Or else, it could lead to serious mental issues like depression or anxiety.

If you notice any of these signs, then it must be your soul that is tired and you need to recharge it:

There’s always a sense of perpetual exhaustion that is running through your entire body. As a result, even if you don’t want to, you might fall asleep at odd times and then find it difficult to wake up. On the other hand, when it is night and the hour of sleep arrives, you become restless and fail to get any bit of sleep. And if you do fall asleep, you experience such nightmares and intense dreams that you feel like your reality has shifted.

Your body is not healthy and it indicates it every time. You feel an aching sensation in every part of your body, even though you are not feverish. There may be times when you feel stomach aches, dizziness, headaches, and tensions, but you could not quite point out what the reason for all these could actually be.

You know it is a complex mix of emotions and even if someone asks you to tell them why you feel like this, you are completely stumped. The world around you is fragmented, or at least that is how you are perceiving it. Your body and mind are not in sync. As a result, whatever you perceive with your sense organs become distorted as you receive it. Reality has somehow changed for you and you are not in terms with it anymore.

But, you do it anyway. It follows from the emotional swings that you are going through. Due to your emotional self, there is a part of you that is always panicking. You have developed chronic anxiety or have become prone to panic attacks but you do not know why.

You can’t trust people too much anymore. You like to defend yourself and your trust and as a result, you have begun questioning people. The more you end up in this mode, that more you become lonely in your life.

You are generally patient, caring, and considerate but during this phase of high emotions and trust issues, you have developed different kinds of bitter thoughts against everyone around you. You are angry and jealous most of the times and negativity continues to affect you terribly.

So, if you want to go out for an exercise, it becomes a difficult time for you because your body is too exhausted to go for it.

You are so tired of this life that you just want to pack your bags and walk away. But even that adventure seems too uncertain and you are afraid where you will end up.

You are going through a terrible phase but all is not lost – relax, take a hot bath if you have to. Don’t let self-criticism affect you. Try to listen to your soul and when you pay attention to it, you will find out what your soul desires. Only then you can trust the positivity that it radiates and bring peace to yourself.
